First idea for the launch of the new ship AIDAprima in Hamburg in Spring 2016: the "greenest" ship in the world. AIDAprima is not just a new cruise ship.
It's the beginning of a new era. One can experience the cruise in a new way. That’s why we will welcome AIDAprima in Hamburg with a spectacular PR activity.
Our hook: AIDAprima is the most sustainable cruise ship in the world. AIDA’s red "Kussmund" is THE trademark of the cruise industry.
We will use this trademark to highlight the sustainability of AIDAprima (and of the brand): the "Kussmund" will turn green for one day.
This stunt will travel fast. In traditional media as well as online.
AIDA "Ballon-Kussmund"
Second idea for the launch of the new ship AIDAprima in Spring 2016: the "Ballon-Kussmund".
We will place a huge balloon installation in the middle of the Alster:
thousands of green balloons will form the AIDA "Kussmund" to create a spectacular visual.
This stunt will travel fast in traditional media as well as online.
In the city, we will create awareness for the highlights of AIDAprima.
For example, we will brand a rickshaw-float, which is driving towards the harbour in an eco-friendly manner.
In addition, promotion teams will distribute flyers. Of course, we will portray and explain the activity online on the AIDAprima Microsite.
